Financial Aid Service Survey         

The purpose of this survey is to collect information that will assist us in improving our financial aid services. We welcome your comments on specific items addressed in this survey, your comments on services we should improve, your personal ideas or observations on items not addressed on the survey and your list of financial aid needs that you feel are not being addressed by Albany State University

Instructions: All answers will be electronically transmitted to the Office of Financial. Please take a moment to respond to the questions as the information is vital to the continued efforts to improve Customer Service and Quality of Service of the Albany State University Office of Financial Aid.
