Work-study Announcement

In order to be considered for Work-study for Spring Semester 2008, you must follow the procedures listed below.  FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES WILL RESULT IN YOUR REQUEST NOT BEING HONORED.

Procedures for Requesting Work-study

   E-mail your Financial Aid Advisor beginning Monday, January 28, 2008 at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.

The subject line of the e-mail should be Work-study Request. Your name and Ram Id Number should be included in the e-mail.

E-MAILS SENT PRIOR TO OR AFTER THE TIMES LISTED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

NO REQUESTS VIA PHONE OR OFFICE VISIT WILL BE CONSIDERED.  Only one request per student please.

Students who do not have an ASU e-mail account can sign up for one by visiting the Ram Card Office in the Reese Student Union Building.

Students who are determined eligible for Work-study will be notified by their Financial Aid Advisor by January 31, 2008 via e-mail. Contracts will be available for pick up in the Office of Financial Aid, ACAD 283, on February 1, 2008 at 12:00 p.m.

DUE TO LIMITED FUNDS, EACH ADVISOR WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO AWARD A LIMITED NUMBER OF STUDENTS. AWARDS WILL BE MADE ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS TO ELIGIBLE STUDENTS UNTIL FUNDS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED.

Students are assigned Financial Aid Advisors alphabetically. Please refer to the Financial Aid Advisor that corresponds with the first letter of your last name.
