"Page Not Found" or "Page Cannot Be Displayed" Errors

• In the event a user attempts to login to Banner Web (Login to Secure Area) and the error message "Page not found" or "Page cannot be displayed" is received, this may indicate that the web services are disabled for manndatory outages.  Check Banner Announcements Here. Otherwise, check your browser settings.
  
  Windows PC (Internet Explorer - Tools => Internet Options => Tab Page Advanced => Scroll Down Security => Checkbox Use SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0 => Click Apply/OK
  
• The following locations have networks which deny access to the Banner Web portion of the ASURAMS Web Site. In order to gain access to Banner Web, students and faculty must locate a computer outside of these areas:
