SEMAA Student Enrollment
To enroll your child(ren) in the program:
- Download and print a copy of the SEMAA Application or SEMAA Summer Application form.*
* Use the Summer Application form for the Summer Session only.
Summer Applicants: Please choose (1 ) one of (4) four weeks of participation and (1) one of (2) scheduled timeframes. - Fill out application completely.
- Mail or drop off completed application to :

Applications are accepted on an on-going basis; however, only those applicants who have completed applications by May 15, 2009 will be considered.
