Ram Card FAQ's
- What is the RAM ID Number?
- The Ram number is a randomly generated nine (9)-digit number created for every member of the University community. On June 3, 2006 this number was created for all individuals within the University. New members of the University community will be assigned a Ram ID Number when his/her record is generated.
- Do I need to do anything to have a Ram Card produced for me?
- In most cases, new cards will be made in advance for active cardholders using information and photos currently on file in the card systems. In some cases photos will not transfer from the old system to the new system, in such cases those individuals will need to have another ID photo taken.
- Will services and accounts currently associated with my RamCard transfer to my new card?
- Your new Ram Card replaces your old Ram Card for all campus services and programs at the time the card is picked up.
This include - All library services and material check out
- All Dining Services including meal plans and Optional Dining Accounts
- All campus printing services
- All Ram cards Account transactions
- Access to your Residence Hall, and any activity on and off campus
- Can a Ram ID card be mailed to me?
- We are not able to mail the Ram Cards; they need to be picked up in person.
- How much is the fee to replace my Ram Card?
- Students first Ram Card is free. All lost, stolen, broken, or damaged card will be assessed a fee of $25.00 for permanent cards and $5.00 for temporary cards
