Benefits enrollment for all employees occur each year during Open Enrollment. Changes to any benefits coverage outside of Open Enrollment can only be made after a Qualifying Event.

The 2016 Open Enrollment period is November 2, 2015 – November 5, 2015.
Employees will be required to make benefit elections and to certify their tobacco use status during this Open Enrollment.
Employees who do not actively enroll will default to a tobacco user, and a $75 surcharge will be added to their premium.
