“Dr. Carvajal has done a tremendous job leading Bainbridge State through incredible change over the last almost five years,” said Huckaby. “We are confident in his ability to lead Darton State, especially through the consolidation process.”
“I am honored and humbled to have been asked to help lead Darton State College through such a historic time,” said Carvajal. “I look forward to working with Darton faculty, staff, students and supporters as we partner with our colleagues at Albany State University to build a new world-class university for southwest Georgia and beyond.”
