Building Request Procedures


1.      Submit your semester event calendar to the Office of Student Activities Intern at by September 1, 2011….(The sooner the better!!) You snooze you lose…

2.      After receiving a confirmation within 72 hours of submitting the calendar, download or pick up the building request form from the Student Activities Suite in the Student Center, fill it out and submit the completed form to our office Intern.

3.       The Intern will e-mail you when the form is ready for pickup. Make yourself a copy and take it to APD at least 7 business days prior to your event.(30 days for special events )

**Please keep a copy of paperwork for your organizational records.**
