ADVANCED MANAGEMENT (0521)

RECOMMENDED COURSES FOR

CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

The Advanced Management Certificate program is designed to provide the student with the

additional fundamentals needed for employment in a wide variety of business enterprises,

ranging from industrial and commercial settings to retail, information, and service industries.

The student will develop a thorough understanding of the management skills necessary to

be successful in today’s competitive work environment.

Students are cautioned that this program is not designed for those who intend to pursue a

four-year degree in Business Administration at most colleges.

Before entering this program the student must have completed the Management Certificate

(0510).

No more than nine hours can be taken in core curriculum courses.

Students will need to

have their program of courses approved by an advisor from the Business Division

before being enrolled into this program.
