Schedule adjustments for ASU courses run through August 21. If you need to make any changes, you will need to come in person to the Advising
Center on West Campus (in the Student Center, first floor, Suite 103, past RamCentral) and check in at the kiosk in our office suite with your RamID number—we’ll take check-ins until 4:30 PM each day. Fully online students can email their requests to academicadvising@asurams.edu. The best way to reach us right now is by email. We’ll respond within two business
days—thank you for your patience during this busy time.
You can adjust your schedule if you have a class conflict, are repeating a course,
or have changed your major and have no outstanding holds on your account.
Please note, if you add a class and your hours change, your tuition bill may change,
and payment will be due by the end of that business day.
Also, seats are limited in some courses, so we can’t guarantee every request will
be possible.
When you add a class: it may take a few hours to show up in GaView. Start attending right away and make
sure you catch up on anything you’ve missed—even if you join after the first day.
YOU are responsible for ALL work in the class – even if you joined the class late.
When you drop a class: it may still show in GaView for a little while, but as long as it’s not listed as
“enrolled” in Banner, you don’t need to keep doing the work.
