Kelvin Francois

K. Michael Francois brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the RAMily. He has worked in higher education for nearly three decades. He has served in the capacities of director and executive director of financial aid at several institutions, coupled with an assistant vice president for enrollment management. He has also worked as an independent consultant for universities and colleges, providing assessment for new initiatives that enhanced customer relations and compliance. Francois was key in Southern University Agricultural & Mechanical College redeeming their general status to participate in Title IV programs.

He attended Southern University Agricultural & Mechanical College; the only HBCU system in the country and holds an Honorary Doctor of Divinity degree.
