Dr. Joy Hamm

Dr. Joy Hamm previously served as education consultant at EXCELLence Performance Coaching. She has a multitude of experience in higher education, including serving as dean of enrollment management at New College of Florida, assistant vice president of enrollment services at Armstrong State University, dean of student services at Chattahoochee Valley Community College and assistant dean of students and directory of fraternity and sorority relations at Georgia Southern University.

She earned a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Lenoir-Rhyne University, a M.A. in Counselor Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Doctorate of Education in Education Administration from Georgia State University.
