Residential Rams,

In order to ensure for a smooth and expedited move-out process we wanted to share the following move-out day logistics with you.

There will be staff located at all major campus intersections helping to direct traffic. Upon entering campus there will be staff available to direct you to move-out parking spaces as they become available.

Below are specific instructions per residence hall. Please write your building and time slot in large font on a piece of paper and place it on the dashboard, so the parking staff can direct you where you need to go.

ASU East Campus Residence Halls

Hall 6

Residents are asked to enter the campus from the first Radium Springs Road entrance and turn onto Holley Circle (campus entrance near the Early Learning Center, the Jones Brothers HPER Complex and the ASU Coliseum, the campus digital sign will direct you also). You will be asked to park in the parking lot behind the Jones Brothers HPER Complex and the adjacent Lovett Hall (ASU Coliseum) parking lot. 10 cars will be allowed to park in the 10 designated spaces directly behind Hall 6 for the sole purpose of loading vehicles. Once a resident is finished loading their vehicle, they will follow the parking directions, parking signs, and staff instructions that will allow them to exit the campus by way of the same Radium Springs Road entrance they entered the campus off of Holley Circle.

We will continue this process until all students have been serviced.
