Become a Vendor or Sponsor

Vendors 
$125
  1. Display Space: One 6 ft. table for showcasing your materials and products. Seating: Two chairs per table.
  2. Additional Attendees: Each additional person requires a $25 fee.
  3. Outdoor Demonstrations: Vendors can participate in exclusive outdoor technology demonstrations, a unique opportunity to showcase innovative products in action.
  4. Set-Up Location: Vendor booths will be set up outdoors to enhance visibility and engagement. 
  5. Preparation: Please come prepared for outdoor conditions if the weather permits.
  6. Inclement Weather Plan: In the event of bad weather, vendor spaces will be relocated indoors to ensure comfort and safety.
