Purpose
Faculty Development Workshops/Webinars are held at least twice each semester. All faculty members are encouraged to attend.
Workshop topics may be in a webinar format or face-to-face format.
Workshops include a broad range of topics to help renew and assist faculty in their multiple academic roles. The activities are designed to improve the knowledge and skills essential to their performance as educators, and to assist faculty members in gaining a better understanding of academic career development.
Schedule
Workshops are scheduled throughout the academic year and announced through Academic Affairs to faculty, Chairs, and Deans.
The workshops are generally one hour in length and are held at various locations on each campus.
Previous
Previous workshops are being recorded and will be archived in the Global Training in GaVIEW. This provides the faculty the opportunity to revisit workshops.
