Wristbands:
As we prepare to welcome alumni, family, and friends back to campus for Homecoming 2026, please review the following information regarding campus access wristbands.
Access Wristbands – $75 (Children 10 and Under $25)
- Grants access to the football game, general parking, and The Yard for live music, vendors, and festivities.
- Wristbands are required at all times while on campus.
- Individuals without wristbands will be subject to campus removal — no exceptions.
For Albany city employee and youth group tickets, contact Alisia.taylor@asurams.edu. Tickets must be purchased in advance by August 30.
Unattended minors will not be permitted.
Children 5 and under can attend for free. A responsible adult must accompany all youth
under 18. Current ASU students must present valid ASU RAM ID.
Wristband Pick-Up:
- Mon-Fri, October 5-9 | 9 AM – 4 PM | Old ASU Police Department (Across from Billy
C. Black Building), East Campus
- Saturday, October 10 | 8 AM – 2 PM | Flint River Entertainment Complex (Albany Civic Center)
*All wristband purchases must be made online.

Mark your calendars for the Homecoming football game on Saturday, October 10, at 2:00 PM, as the Golden Rams take on Lane College. The full event schedule and additional announcements will be released in the coming weeks

Homecoming Convocation Speaker
Dr. Steve Perry
Dr. Perry is a nationally recognized educator, author, and advocate for young people and underserved communities. Featured on CNN’s Black in America series, he is the founder and head of schools at Capital Preparatory Schools in Connecticut and New York, where students have achieved a 100% four-year college acceptance rate.
A passionate and engaging speaker, Dr. Perry has shared his message in communities across the country and has been featured on networks including CNN, MSNBC, NBC, BET, TV One, and the Oprah Winfrey Network. He is also the author of Push Has Come to Shove: Getting Our Kids the Education They Deserve—Even If It Means Picking a Fight and has collaborated with Steve Harvey on his book Jump.
Known for his powerful storytelling, authenticity, and commitment to creating positive change, Dr. Perry brings a compelling voice to conversations about education, families, youth, and community.
