Deadline for all candidate names to be submitted for the Commencement Book. Students cleared for graduation after this date will not appear in the Commencement Book. While students may not be added to the Commencement Book after this date, they can still be added to the line of march. Please see the Deadline for the Line of March below. Deadline to file a Change of Name Request in the Office of the Registrar. |

Senior Exit Exam Registration (Testing Center on West Campus room G101, 229-500-2921) Contact your department chairperson for clarification if exit examination required Click on link to register for the exam (exams are not offered daily) If you are not enrolled in face-to-face classes on ASU’s campus, the exam can be proctored. |

Deadline for the Line of March. No student will be added to the line of march after this date. |

Graduation Rehearsal Rehearsal begins:10:00 A.M. Location: Albany Civic Center Students are highly encouraged to attend and participate. |

Albany Civic Center Doors Open for guest seating at 7:30 a.m Student lineup begins at 7:30 a.m. No candidate will be allowed in the line of march after the procession has begun. You must be on time. Follow the posted signs to your designated college and row areas. Commencement Marshals will be available to assist you. |

Outstanding incoming transcripts for transient students and CLEP results are due Deadline date for receipt of Exit Examination Results (Comprehensive Exam, GACE I, GACE II, Departmental Exit Examination Results, GRE-Subject) Deadline to remove "I" and "IP" grades. |
