Transcript and Diploma Holds

Degrees will not post to the academic transcript until the Office of the Registrar certifies that a degree candidate has met all the requirements for conferral. This may take between one week and one month after the commencement ceremony. Students are encouraged to order their transcripts for graduate school or other entities and request that the transcript is held until after the degree is posted.

Neither your diploma nor your transcript will be released if you have any outstanding obligations to the university. You will be notified via email if you have any outstanding obligations. It is your responsibility to clear any holds or financial obligations.
