ITS Training
The ITS Training Office offers a variety of tools and training resources to assist our employees and students with technology training. The ITS Training Office presents a focus on faculty member training and support. Within the Training Office, we have a variety of training series that can support faculty members where they are, whether they teach strictly online, face-to-face only or hybrid courses.
We are a team of training professionals dedicated to helping faculty, staff and students make the most of their skills, current learning level in a positive and supportive work environment. We encourage all to take advantage of these professional workshops. We offer training sessions to help faculty, staff and students effectively use the technologies available here at the ITS Training Office at Albany State University.
Currently, training sessions are conducted virtually through Cisco WebEx and in-person by training request.

For Training Sessions, please know that ASU faculty and staff can request individual trainings or departmental training sessions. Each departmental training session can only have no more than 15 participants maximum and 3 participants minimum to conduct training. To schedule a training session, please click the link below:
