ASUPD Critical Incident Management Training

The Albany State University Police Department (ASUPD) will conduct a Critical Incident Management Training from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26 at Gibson Hall (East Campus).

The training will include testing of the University’s Emergency Management System. Please note, critical incident messages communicated during this time will pertain to the training and not to an actual emergency.

The purpose of the training is to ensure ASU Police Department personnel are fully prepared when critical incidents arise. Critical incidents are not specific to any one university. At any time, police officers and police personnel may need to respond to a life-threatening situation.
