Weather Update: ASU to open at noon on Friday, April 19

Due to forecasted weather conditions, Albany State University, including all satellite campuses, will open at noon on Friday, April 19, 2019. Classes will resume at noon, if weather permits

The cafeterias on the East and West campuses will be available for service from 11 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., Chick-fil-A will offer services from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. All other retail dining locations and the ASU bookstores will be closed. Ram Rush will continue its normal hours of operation.

The athletics contests for Friday evening will remain as scheduled as long as fields are suitable for play. Please check the athletics website for details.

Please closely monitor the weather conditions for the Albany area and exercise caution. Check your local news and radio outlets for updates. Personnel who are affected by local school closures should notify and work with their supervisors to make appropriate arrangements.
