Meal Plan Deadlines

Important Dates to Remember

Fall 2024

August 2, 2024	Deadline to file for a 'Meal Plan Exemption'. This form is to be completed by the student when he/she wishes to be exempt from the meal plan requirement for dietary & medical reasons. Please complete the form ensuring each section contains accurate information.
August 12, 2024	Contracts Due - Contracts received by the due date and paid-in-full will be activated for use on August 19, 2024. Students who do not submit a meal plan contract but reside in ASU owned, operated or managed housing by the noted deadline will automatically be charged the THE DELUXE (14 meal plan swipes per week + $160 Dining Dollars) meal plan, a total of $2,185.
August 22, 2024	Last day to make changes to your meal plan.

 

Fall Semester 2024 - B-Term
October 3, 2024	Deadline to file for a 'Meal Plan Exemption'. This form is to be completed by the student when he/she wishes to be exempt from the meal plan requirement for dietary & medical reasons. Please complete the form ensuring each section contains accurate information.
October 4, 2024	Contracts Due - Contracts received by the due date and paid-in-full will be activated for use on October 16, 2024. Students who do not submit a meal plan contract but reside in ASU owned, operated or managed housing by the noted deadline will automatically be charged the THE DELUXE (14 meal plan swipes per week + $160 Dining Dollars) meal plan, at a prorated amount for the B-Term semester.
October 21, 2024	Last day to make changes to your meal plan.
