Albany State University (ASU) Athletics have a full slate of home games this weekend including baseball, softball, and tennis.

“We hope to see community members come out and support our student-athletes this season. Our students have been working hard on and off the field and the court,” said ASU Athletics Director, Tony Duckworth.

The ASU Baseball team will be kicking the weekend off with their home opener against LeMoyne-Owen College on Friday, February 18 at 6 p.m. at the West Campus Baseball Field. The team will face the college again for a double header on Saturday, February 19 at 12 and 2 p.m. The team is currently 1-3 overall this season.

The ASU Tennis team will go head to head with Point University at 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 19 at 12 p.m. at the West Campus Tennis Courts. The team has an undefeated season so far of 2-0.

The ASU Softball team will face Edward-Waters College for a double header on Saturday, February 19 at 1 and 3 p.m. at the West Campus Softball field. The team has an undefeated season so far of 10-0.
